Run $overview or /overview after the project plan and build plan contain real project decisions. Run it again when those plans change materially.

Validation
Overview checks that the build plan is a numbered checkbox list with feature-sized outcomes. It flags placeholders, vague tasks, mismatches between plans, and missing product decisions.
If a rough plan is understandable, the skill proposes a normalized checklist and asks for approval before replacing user-owned planning text.
What the generated overview adds
The overview consolidates purpose, users, features, technical direction, concrete data contracts, build order, and open questions. It remains downstream of the two plans, so edit the plans and regenerate instead of patching it by hand.
